Workshops
Workshops are
held on
one Saturday each month from 10 am to 4.30 pm.
Each course
consists of: learning the art of glass cutting, design, glass
compatibility, decorative applications and firing cycles.
All materials will be supplied, unless something special is
required, which can be purchased separately from
myself or you can supply your own.
The actual
fusing, and/or, slumping will take place after the workshops and can
be collected, hand delivered or posted.
Workshop:
Jewellery
£75 per session to include all glass materials but not silver
findings -
payable in advance.
Workshop:
'Giftware' - Decorative Bowls / Coasters / Jewellery etc
£135
per session to include all materials, fusing and slumping - payable in advance
(NB: Whilst
you will concentrate on larger items you will also be able to
make some items of jewellery.)
Due
to my attendance at Christmas shows, and the Prelude Art Fair in
London , I will be unable to hold weekend workshops from now
until January. However, I
would be happy to arrange a suitable convenient date anytime
during the week or, possibly, on a Sunday.

NB: I will
only take up to a maximum of 4 persons, that way, I can give
each one individual attention
Students
If you are a
student, and would like the use of my workshop, kiln and
facilities. It is available for hire from Monday until
Thursday lunchtime. I will take up to maximum of four
students. You will have to supply your own glass, although
I can also provide glass at cost. Please ring me for
further details.
The studio
is also available for hire one evening a week for a maximum of
six weeks.

Llanerfyl is a very pretty, but small, village with no shop, or
pub, close by!
Tea and coffee will be provided but you will have to bring your
own lunch. The studio does have a microwave, toaster and
hot plate.
NB: You will
be working with glass, you may cut yourself. Please wear
sensible shoes and clothing
